At Barringer Pharma, we prioritize customer
satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance
in delivering products. Please review our refund and cancellation policy
carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before
Dispatch:
Customers may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at info@barringerpharma.com or call us at +91- 7303433977. - After
Dispatch:
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to the return policy below if applicable.
2. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product
received is incorrect or damaged
- Product
is past its expiry date at the time of delivery
- Product
delivered does not match the order
Return Conditions:
- Return
requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Products
must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- A
valid proof of purchase and photographic evidence of damage/incorrect item
must be provided.
- Products
such as refrigerated items, personal care items, or opened medication
packs are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Policy
Once a return is approved and received at our facility:
- Refunds
will be processed within 7 business days to the original method
of payment.
- In
case of prepaid orders, the refund will reflect in your payment source.
- For
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer
after confirmation.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
- Opened
or used items
- Items
without original packaging
- Products
marked as “non-returnable” on the website
- Orders
with incorrect address entry by the customer
